Positive Reflection of Amal Academy on me
Amal academy since the first day has been love to me. It has brought enough positivity in me. Throughout the sessions and the fellowship. I have found a great support from the Project Manager, the and the fellows which have helped my confidence boost up to the skies. I have found Amal academy has been the home for learning and growth. Amal Academy not only helped me understand the values and principles of goals but has also helped me put myself ahead in my professional carrier. I have found the discussions, sessions and quizzes very helpful to lead myself in my career. Amal academy not only helped me understand my personal and professional goals but also helped me understand the importance of planning and execution of tasks.
Amal academy as described as by its principle believes in the importance and implementation of Action, work and teamwork. It has helped me understand the value and importance of being a valuable team members. I found last three months with Amal as a motivated, more confident and have brought an understanding of positivity, passion and mind growth. Discussion with the supportive Program Manager, Program associate and Fellows from Amal, discussions among the groups helped me boost up my confidence and made my leadership qualities enhance. I through the Amal fellowship have understood the importance of time Management and have been applying all the tips given by the fellows and lessons from the Amal. Amal has helped me understand the importance of a professional Cv/resume, helped me rectify the cover letter, thank you emails etc.
Amal Academy has helped me understand the value of interview, test and the mock interviews, feedback from the Amal team helped me improve for the interviews. Amal has helped me know the importance of Strength and weakness stories during the interviews and helped me improve my storytelling abilities. It during the interview sessions helped me understand the importance of QBQs from the interviewers. Amal academy helped me understand the purpose of journey, helped me rectify my why question and also gave me the chance to show my leadership skills and help the other fellows. It helped me create a good introduction video, helped me understand the value of gratitude, helped me create my SMART goals, fix stuff around me and build a professional environment in my work. It provided me the opportunity to work in the mega project to understand and work with the team members and also provided totkays for improvements and fixing problems around me. Amal helped me understand the importance of networking, communication and going extra mile, creating a healthy elevator pitch.
Amal academy also provided me the opportunity to learn the basics of MS office i.e. usage of MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT and its usage in our daily office work.
Today I see myself more confident, a mentally more mature person than I was before joining the Amal fellowship and interacting with people from different cities of the country. The fellows and program Manager, program associate helped me boost up my confidence, improve my leadership , management skills and helped me push me out of comfort zone towards the learning and growth zone. It helped me focus more on my work and brought much positivity to tackle issues. I have bunch of memories with Amal
